CCR Management, Inc. provides a wide range of professional management and consulting services to the homeowner associations, condominium associations, and other types of community associations.

Each staff member has an extensive background in his/her area of expertise. This highly specialized team is dedicated to providing flexible and cost-effective programs tailored to each Association’s needs.
CCR is an active member of the Community Association Institute (CAI). The CAI involvement enables CCR to stay current in many of the new regulations and changes in the Association Management industry. CCR encourages and supports its community Associations’ participation in CAI’s various programs, seminars, etc.
Based in Exton, Pennsylvania, CCR is centrally located and within easy access to Delaware Valley locations and the mid-Atlantic region.
CCR MANAGEMENT’S GOAL
CCR Management, Inc.’s main goal is to advise and provide administrative, financial, managerial and operational counsel to Associations and their Board of Directors. CCR provides support to the HOA and Board of Directors in achieving community goals, monitoring for adherence to the governing documents including the By-Laws, and Covenants and assisting the Board in implementing Decisions.
