"I wanted to just say that Colleen is amazing. I have been working with her for over two years now, and she continues to give me valuable insight into proper handling of community issues, great leads for contractors, and keeps me organized when I have budgeting and finance questions. There are so many examples of her commitment to my community but today is a great one. Colleen went out of town for the weekend (which we knew because she let us know ahead of time). Our landscaper at 3 PM on Friday said they were going to do a lawn application on Monday, which we are supposed to communicate to homeowners before it happens. I emailed and texted Colleen at 3:20 PM to see if it was too late to send that out through vantaca. Not only did she respond but she was able to send out the notification through vantaca within 2 hrs. She’s such an asset to my community, and to me personally, that I truly enjoy being on the Board with her coaching me."
